Ginger A. Gibbs is an associate at Burns & Jain, LLC. Ginger is passionate about delivering positive outcomes to clients. After working for almost ten years as a paralegal, Ginger knew a career in law was her true calling. Her time spent as a paralegal heightened her sense of compassion for clients going through difficult circumstances. Her desire to help people was inspired from the individuals who helped her family when her father was in a near fatal car accident.
Ginger graduated from The University of New Orleans with dual degree in Finance and Business Administration in 2007. Subsequently, Ginger attended Regent University (Virginia Beach, Virginia) where she earned a Master of Arts in Government in 2010. She then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2014, she was awarded a Juris Doctor with an honors distinction for completing over 1,000 hours of pro bono work during law school. Much of this work involved helping combat wounded veterans and gold star families, women in crisis, and human trafficking survivors. She currently volunteers with the Family Law Project representing survivors of domestic abuse.
Prior to joining Burns & Jain, Ginger gained substantial litigation experience working with an international patent and intellectual property firm in Boston. She participated in complex multi-million dollar civil litigation. She also has extensive familiarity working on personal injury, employment, bankruptcy, family, probate, criminal, and corporate matters.
Ginger was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2016 and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts in 2017.
At Burns & Jain, Ginger concentrates her practice on representing victims of personal injury and legal malpractice.
